FR33 respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we may collect through fr33.au, why we collect it, how we may use and disclose it, and how you can contact us about your information.
1. About FR33
FR33 is an advertising and campaign coordination business based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.

2. Information we may collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with FR33.
If you make an advertising enquiry, apply to become a distribution partner, submit a general enquiry or otherwise contact us, we may collect information such as:
- your name;
- business or venue name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- suburb or location;
- website or social media details;
- business or venue type;
- information about an advertising campaign you are interested in;
- information about a venue, including storage or delivery details;
- your communication preferences; and
- any other information you choose to provide in your message.
If an enquiry progresses into a campaign or business relationship, we may also collect information reasonably required to prepare quotes, coordinate artwork, organise production and delivery, record approvals, manage the campaign and maintain business records.
3. How we collect information
We generally collect information directly from you when you:
- submit a form on our website;
- email or otherwise contact FR33;
- enquire about advertising with FR33;
- apply to become a distribution partner; or
- communicate with us about a campaign or business relationship.
Our website hosting and form-processing providers may also process ordinary technical information involved in providing the website, such as an IP address, browser or device information, access times and requested pages.
4. Why we collect and use information
We may use the information we collect to:
- respond to enquiries;
- assess advertising or distribution opportunities;
- communicate with prospective advertisers and venue partners;
- prepare quotes and discuss proposed campaigns;
- coordinate campaign artwork, production, delivery and distribution;
- administer an existing campaign or business relationship;
- maintain appropriate business and transaction records;
- operate, maintain and secure our website and enquiry systems; and
- comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
If FR33 introduces optional marketing subscriptions in the future, they will be handled separately from ordinary website enquiries.
5. Sharing information
We only share information where reasonably necessary for our business activities or where otherwise permitted or required.
This may include sharing relevant information with service providers that help FR33 operate its website, email or enquiry systems.
If an enquiry progresses into a campaign, relevant information may also be shared with parties involved in delivering that campaign, such as a participating distribution venue, bottling supplier, label or production provider, or another service provider where necessary.
We aim to limit information shared with these parties to what is reasonably required for the relevant purpose.
FR33 does not sell personal information or contact lists.
6. Website, form and spam-protection services
FR33 uses Formspark to process enquiries submitted through forms on this website. Formspark is operated by Trampoline Software SRL in Belgium.
When you submit a form, the information you enter is sent to and processed by Formspark on FR33’s behalf. Formspark states that submission data is stored in Ireland and Germany. Formspark may also process technical information associated with a submission, including the submitter’s IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, browser/user-agent information, referring page and other request metadata for purposes including delivery, security and spam prevention.
FR33 also uses Cloudflare Turnstile through Formspark to help distinguish genuine users from automated or abusive submissions. Turnstile processes technical information necessary to perform this security check. According to Cloudflare, Turnstile does not access or process the content entered into FR33’s form fields.
These providers may use their own subprocessors and may process certain technical information outside Australia. Their privacy and data-processing practices are governed by their respective policies and contractual arrangements.
FR33 uses these services only for operating, securing and processing website enquiries and does not use them to sell personal information.

7. Cookies, analytics and technical information
FR33 does not currently use advertising tracking cookies or general website analytics tools. Security and infrastructure providers may process limited technical information necessary to operate and protect the website and its forms.
Our website hosting provider may process standard technical information or server logs required to operate, maintain and protect the website.
If FR33 introduces analytics, advertising tracking or other technologies in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated where appropriate.
8. Keeping information secure
FR33 takes reasonable steps to protect information from unauthorised access, misuse, loss or disclosure.
However, no method of transmitting or storing information online can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain appropriate business records, or to meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
Some information relating to actual transactions, contracts or campaigns may need to be retained for longer than an unsuccessful or preliminary enquiry.
Formspark retains submission content until FR33 deletes it. Deleted submissions may remain recoverable for a limited period under Formspark’s retention policy. FR33 manages deletion as part of reviewing its records; provider retention and recovery periods also apply.
10. Access, correction or deletion requests
You can contact FR33 if you would like to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you;
- request that incorrect information be corrected; or
- ask us to delete information that is no longer reasonably required.
Some information may need to be retained where there is a legitimate business, record-keeping or legal reason to do so.
11. Third-party websites
The FR33 website may contain links to third-party websites or services.
FR33 is not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. You should review their privacy information when using their websites or services.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if our website, services or information-handling practices change.
